Where compaction might occur due to traffic or materials through the protection area, the area shall first be mulched with a minimum four-inch layer of wood chips or a six-inch layer of pine straw. Equipment or materials storage shall not be allowed within the tree protection zone. In no instance shall any effluent associated with construction process, including concrete mixing, pouring, or rinsing processes, drain onto lands protected by tree protection fencing or other control measures.
